    >>Shipping & Delivery
    We ship via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested.  All orders are packed withing 24 hours of receipt, and shipped insured Priority Mail.  Please let us know if you have special needs regarding packaging, and/or delivery instructions, and we will do our best to accomodate you.


    >>Privacy & Security
    We only collect the information that is necessary to fulfill your order, and we do not retain this information after order fulfillment.  The only exception will be when you sign up for an account, then we will retain your address, and order history.


    >>Returns & Replacements
    If your order does not arrive in satisfactory condition, for ANY reason, please get in touch with us as soon as possibel.  Our goal is to make your experience with the Island Tonic Company as pleasent as possible, and we will do anything within reason to meet that goal.  If an order needs to be replaced, in most cases we will have the replacement in the mail the next business day.  Please contact us, and await a reply before returning anything to us - in most cases, a return will not be necessary.
